Example for generating Cα-Cα distance map and contact map files

Dear authors, I am trying to reproduce the results in your publication and I was wondering if you can you please provide the structures and the corresponding code to reproduce the generation of the matrices provided in the github repo accompanying your paper, in particular:
- srcsh3_dm.dat (Cα-Cα distance map)
- srcsh3_cm.dat (contact map)
