ROD is the acronym of Read-Only Document, ROD uses similar format as RFC but unlike RFC which is for requesting for comments, ROD is used more as FYI.
Flat, and each Markdown file contains an ROD, and each ROD is monotonically numbered, like a primary key in your database table.
