Just copy _drafts/2013-12-28-template.md to the _posts directory,
change the date in the filename, and write your post in markdown. Submit a PR
and when it's merged, your post will go live.
DNS, Caching, etc.
Talk to @cweagans. He has access to the domain name and Cloudflare accounts.
