We use Convolution to detect & correct defects

You are free to contribute if you like. Well I didnt considered effects on any time or space complexity while coding this one.

Requirements are :

Python 3

Pillow library of python : pip install Pillow

well you can comment out import numpy its just there for nothing(looks good to have something like numpy imported but its no use in here)

Bigger the picture more the execution time : I have tested 480*640 which took a lot of time .
