Task: Create a Simple Portfolio Website

Create a Simple Portfolio Website: Using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, create a basic portfolio webpage in the

directory. Include the following elements:- Your name and a short bio.
- A section to showcase your skills.
- A section to display your projects with brief descriptions.
- Contact information.

Enhance with JavaScript (Optional): If you're up for a challenge, consider adding a dynamic element to your portfolio using JavaScript. This could be a simple interactive feature or animation to make your portfolio stand out.

Commit Changes: Once you've created your portfolio, commit the changes with a descriptive commit message.
