Avalanche Meet Fairtrade

The Fair Trade Marketplace enables anyone, including small businesses, to sell Fair Trade certified products without any fees, using Gas Relayer.

Allows individuals and small businesses to sell fair trade certified products without commission fees. Offers the option to register products as NFTs, providing transparent visibility into the revenue distribution to producers.

Product

FairTrade Product

Products can be registered as NFTs, allowing transparent tracking of revenue distribution to producers. In partnership with FloCert, a Fair Trade certification body.

  • Revenue distribution to producers.
  • Country of origin.
  • Fair Trade certification.

Consumer Data

Directly connects consumers with producers, ensuring that more revenue reaches producers without intermediaries. Collaborates with FloCert, a FairTrade certification company, to validate the authenticity of FairTrade certificates.

The Fairtrade Marketplace records the following consumer information:

  • Residence
  • Gender
  • Age
  • Number of product purchases

Tokenomics

  • AMF Token: Used for purchasing NFTs of goods, with the price including the supplier revenue and the commission taken by the platform.

  • Staking Incentives: Earn interest when staking AMF Tokens on Avalanche, contributing to the promotion and activation of fair trade.

  • Donations: The platform supports donations through a service called Giving Block, which facilitates contributions to charitable causes on the Avalanche network.

AMF-Frontend

This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Inter, a custom Google Font.
