Reports button should disable on Monday/Tuesday

Because weekly reports are not accepted on Monday/Tuesday, it would be great if the button could show as disabled during this timeframe. This would make it clearer to members that reports are not being accepted, as they can't even click the button during this time. It would be great if the label/color of the button could change as well.
