Write ring challenge mission

Write the mission to run the ring challenge:
- Identify the totem marking the challenge
- Move to a fixed radius from the challenge (use bags to determine this radius)
- Deploy the Grinch and spin it
- Circumnavigate the totem, updating the center if it changes
