  ・Enhanced UI/UX, reducing registration abandonment by 5%, effectively increasing the conversion rate (CVR) by the same margin.
  ・Implemented an automated account deletion feature, streamlining the process and reducing manual effort for the customer service team.

  Main accomplishments:
  ・Solved more than 10 security issues, CVE, with Trivy.
  ・Reduced Google Cloud Store authentication costs by eliminating 50,000 unused access tokens, maintaining only 1,000 active tokens.
  ・Enhanced token deletion time-efficiency by 1,870% using a batch-like API from Cloud Firestore.

  ・Reduced 23% of unnecessary API requests to alleviate the burden on the server and increase performance on the frontend.
  ・Added E2E tests with Cypress for the LINE Apps.

  ・Renewed 10+ landing pages, boosting CTA click rate of the service from 19% to 23%.
