tspipe - Time Series Pipeline

Tool wear prediction with classical machine learning. Leverages a time series pipeline to extract features and train models with a random search. Tested on the UC Berkeley milling dataset and a real-world CNC machine dataset. Work featured in the paper Machine Learning in Manufacturing: Best Practices.

The best way to reproduce the results from the paper is to run the Colab notebooks:

run tests: python -m unittest discover -s tests
