This repository contains some of the lab exercises carried out using R for the course Statistical Modeling 2 at Tampere University.
Topics covered in this repository are: Normal mixed model and extensions, growth curve models, models for panel discrete (binary,count, categorical) observations, analysis of missing data, mixture or latent class regression, hierarchical and latent structure models.
