Forecast

A naive terminal-based weather forecast script, useful for running in the background to keep track of the temperature.

Installation

1. Install Python 3 https://www.python.org/downloads/
2. Install requests module with pip3 install requests
3. Download and extract https://github.com/tukkek/forecast/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
4. Enter your local coordinates (which you can find at sites such as https://www.latlong.net) into location.ini
5. On Unix systems, you can create a desktop launcher with a command like xterm -e /install/path/launcher.py
