Release notes section from Aviatrix doc

Aviatrix Release Notes

Migrated the following files from Aviatrix docs using pandoc.

Files located in ./HowTos

• install pandoc…​ brew install pandoc

• convert file(s)…​ pandoc -s field_notices.rst -t asciidoc -o field_notices.adoc

• converting the files takes moments (can be scripted)

Release Note Files

Grab the *.rst and run pandoc command above

• UCC_Release_Notes.adoc

• field_notices.adoc

• image_release_notes.adoc

• changelog → vpn-client-changelog.adoc
