In the end of December 2019, a new virus called covid 19 was founded. The virus has spread all over the world since its discovery. Therefore, gathering of people had to be minimized as much as possible. Due to the rising epidemic situation the phoenix airline company had to do all the works through an online system. Therefore, it was a decided to create a website that can perform all processors such as user management, flight management, ticket management.
As per the above-mentioned facts, the requirements given by phoenix airline about how to create the web site are as follows, • Mainly there are three types of users
- Admin
- Staff
- Clients • These three characters has three dashboards and admin can monitor all activities of staff and clients. • The staff has two parts as GRADE ONE, GRADE TWO and, they are provided separate dashboards to perform separate task. • Here, every client and staff member can create their own account. And only the staff account must be approved by the admin. Also, admin can add a new staff member. Grade two staff members can view information and only add new flight details. • Grade one staff members are responsible for adding, updating, and deleting flight details. As well as staff one member can updating, deleting ticket information, and checking user account etc. • By using this website user can search flights, book tickets, cancel and refund as well as view hotel details page. • In addition, there is option called internal chat which is provide to the clients answers about their problems

The main purpose of creating this web site is to alleviate the inconvenience caused to the clients due to the current covid 19 epidemic situations. We have created a new website for user, flight, ticket system instead of the existing manual method. this website provides facilities for clients, staff & admin to carry out their activities more safely and efficiently. Apart from this, payment options and hotel search options have been made to increase the comfort of the passengers.
