Simple button operations

The way to make it alive 🧟‍♂️:

1. Setup composer https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-install-composer
2. Run: composer install in the project root folder
3. Run PhpUnit Test with running this command: composer test
4. Run internal php server with the only one routing /api/item: php -S localhost:8000/api/item -t public
