This repository contains our R-package HBimpute. The manuscript to describe the internally used methods is close to submission and will hopefully soon be openly available as a pre-print.
The HBimpute step is patent pending by KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA and University of Goettingen (inventors: Torsten Pook & Adnane Nemri; application number EP20201121.9). This package is in an early beta stage and not computationally optimized and basically only supports VCF input files.
