You can download the build and use the application from here.

Once downloaded, it will contain three files. Move PowerfulVirtualBackground.app to /Applications. And move PowerfulVirtualBackgroundPlugin.plugin to /Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL/.
