2nd-keyboard

A simple quickstart guide for using a second keyboard purely for macros on Windows.


Getting started

Either follow the instructions below or have a watch the video.

  1. Download and install LuaMacros and AuthoHotkey.
  2. Plug in both keyboards.
  3. Run LuaMacros and open quickstart.lua
  4. Click on the "play" button, wait for the identification window to pop up and press any key on your 2nd keyboard.
  5. Download and run Transitions, Effects, and 2nd keyboard functions.ahk or use it to write your own shortcut script.

You're good to go!
