A desktop application that serves as a health log that tracks aspects of diet, fitness, and other health related measures. The software requires the user to input their health and personal information into the application which will be stored locally due to privacy concerns. The application will return a curated dietary and fitness plan. Users also have the functionality to create custom plans to fit their needs.
Have Java8 installed.
- Navigate to LifeSmart/src/sample/Main.java
- Run Main.java
- Welcome to the site
- Register: Users are able to create an account.
- Login: a login manager that keeps users authenticated.
- Logout: A logout manages that logs out the user.
- Fitness Log: A log that stores the user's fitness information such as steps, water, sleep, and calories.
