A simple prototype to demonstrate a scrollable bar. This demo is intended to mimick the "following" bahavior of the nav bar from gmail (the one that lets you go back, archive, spam, delete, etc...) TODO: - fix the jumpy behavior that occurs on first scroll. not yet certain why this occurs.
