This program finds the values in the open fields of Intel's MSR_PKG_POWER_LIMIT Register in terms of power in watts and in terms of time in seconds. The user friendly version of msr_pkg_pwr_limit.c allows the user to input how much power in watts and time in seconds that they want to be calculated through the registers.
