Executive Summary

Sleep duration and sleep quality are aspects of sleep which are vital to every students daily routine. It allows for relaxation and reduces burnout, thus sleep increases a students ability to think and learn.
The aim of this report is to investigate the effects coffee has on university students' sleep quality and the duration of their sleep. The main discoveries are that the fact that students who consume multiple cups of coffee experience less sleep and have a worse sleep quality. Hence, they are more likely to be tired at the morning which is also supported by findings of related articles.

The Report was produced in Rmarkdown using R (mainly ggplot) and exported into an HTML file.
