API endpoints with support information for PHP major/minor versions and releases 5.6 and later

Provides API endpoints for support information for PHP major/minor versions and releases 5.6 and later.

This is a Laravel-based application that leverages the GitHub Repositories API to stream release tags from the php/php-src repo. We are then parsing out old and irrelevant tags (ex: alpha, beta and release candidates) and storing them along with support dates.

The following endpoints are currently available, along with the optional /versions route alias:

• GET /releases: Returns all PHP releases 5.6+.

• GET /releases/:release: Takes string (ex: "7", "7.2", "7.2.12") and returns information for the major/minor/release level version requested. For specific releases (ex: 8.0.10), you will additionally receive PHP's latest_release number.

• GET /releases/latest: Returns a string value of the latest release of the highest major release.

• GET /releases/minimum-supported/:support-type: Takes a string active or security and returns the minimum release supported.
