RL besed dynamic grasping

Environment requirement:
Linux, CoppeliaSim, PyRep


1. To train the model from scratch, comment line 14 in train.py and run train.py.

2. evaluation.py is not working right now, to see the training result, uncomment line 14 in train.py and tun train.py, stop running when the simulation is over.
