- Assemble components, test, and insert into case

- Startup routine runs: NeoPixels display, servo waves a flag, bell rings
- Default - no alerts will sound between hours of 9PM/21:00 and 7:00AM
- username and key for adafruit.io; feeds setup on adafruit.io
