Getting started

# prevent any permissions issues    
sudo mkdir /usr/local/Frameworks
sudo chown $(whoami):admin /usr/local/Frameworks

brew install mongodb
# to store mongo data
mkdir -p /data/db 
# start mongodb server on system startup
brew services start mongodb

npm i --save mongoose
