This repo is aimed to be a resource for and a record of Male Ally events organized by a group of Computer Science graduate students at the University of Massachussets Amherst.
The majority of the content in this repo comes from the first student-organized CICS Male Ally Workshop which was held on November 30, 2017 at the University of Massachusetts Amherst College of Information and Computer Sciences.
The mission of the workshop was to (1) spark conversation about gendered issues in the workplace and (2) prepare workshop participants to effectively identify issues and respond tactfully.
