- MGMTSVR - Management server protocol and hostname (e.g., https://yourOrg-yourEnv.apigee.net)
- ORG - organization
- ENV - environment
- API - API name
- BASICAUTH - Basic Auth header consisting of base64(admin id:admin pwd)
- PROTO - protocol
- HOST - hostname
