Simply create an issue with:
- Descriptive title
- Link to the project page/bug tracker or code
- Short explanation of what was achieved

A variation of the IE conditional comments was removed from the output
of the HTML minifier. After this bugfix content will now correctly keep
this special form of conditional comments.
If you have a nice demo to showcase, simply create a pull request with the required content in a separate folder and we'll merge it.
