Seed for Spring Boot Server that's has a ELK stack for logs purposes.

for start the ELK stack:
- you must installed a docker and docker-compose tools
- install make
In the terminal type:
make start-elk
The logs a configured via log4j2 appender
Its kotlin spring boot based server
The project also uses gradle for dependency management.
