The files uploaded should be run using Jupyter notebook. Steps to understand:
- Use the 'LocationPoints.csv' to read the latitudes and longitudes.
- The tweets are fetched and displayed in a pandas dataframe
- The tweets are updated in a csv file named 'tweets.csv'
