This project is an experiment to provisioning an environment of Mac OS X using the Ansible. This repository template is just a basic example of how to do things with them.
- This project is very experimental, Please consider carefully use.
- I have check the operation only OSX Yosemite(v10.10).
Create a new git repository somewhere on the internet. It can be private or public -- it really doesn't matter. If you're making a repository on GitHub, you may not want to fork this repo to get started. The reason for that is that you can't really make private forks of public repositories easily. Once you've done that, you can run the following to bootstrap your blister-pack:
$ sudo mkdir -p /opt/blister-pack
$ sudo chown ${USER}:staff /opt/blister-pack
$ git clone https://github.com/tell-k/blister-pack /opt/blister-pack/repo/
$ cd /opt/blister-pack/repo/
$ git remote rm origin
$ git remote add origin <the location of my new git repository>
$ git push -u origin masterPreparation
$ sudo xcodebuild -license
$ xcode-select --install
$ ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"
$ brew doctor
$ brew update
$ brew install python
$ brew install ansibleProvisioning
$ git clone <the location of my new git repository>
$ cd <the location of my new git repository>
$ make playbook
# When asked the sudo password, please enter your password.Testing
$ make test
