Cardinal is a wrapping of the spectral element code CFD NekRS and the Monte Carlo radiation transport code OpenMC as a MOOSE application. Cardinal is intended for providing high-resolution thermal-hydraulics and particle transport feedback to MOOSE multiphysics simulations.
