Scripts to add to Hook for compatibility with Obsidian

For making Hook aware of the current document in Obsidian so you can link docs to and from it.

Setup

• Open Hook -> Preferences -> Scripts -> “+” and then browse to the Applications folder where you have Obsidian, and select it
• In the "Get Address" tab, copy and paste the contents of https://raw.githubusercontent.com/technicalpickles/obsidian-hook-scripts/main/src/Get%20Address.js
• In the "Get Name" tab, copy and paste the contents of https://github.com/technicalpickles/obsidian-hook-scripts/blob/main/src/Get%20Name.js
