IDA 7.7 update to python 3.x
IDA 7.3 added theming support YOu can load css stylesheets directlly into ida pro from 7.3
Stylesheets for ida 7.2+ For ida 7.2 you can test the stylesheets with the supplied plugin, just copy everythihng into the ida\plugins folder and just load and paste and see if you like them.
For permanent style you can use the Idaskin
