Conditional tests?

Do you implement the conditional version of the hypergeometric (Fisher’s exact) test that is implemented in GOstats 2.0 (described in Falcon and Gentleman, Bioinformatics, 2007)?

The last paragraph of Section 3 describes the conditional version of the test, which can be run by setting conditional=TRUE
