This repository contains all the code for reproducing the analysis from the manuscript "Time-Aligned Hourglass Gastrulation Models in Rabbit and Mouse". The analysis is done with the metacells package and the [metacell.flow] (https://github.com/tanaylab/metacell.flow) package.
