gimp-layer-shake
small plugin for creating a shaking effect in gimp
This plugin just translates the position of the layer into a random direction.
Installation
find or set your plugin folder in the settings:
Edit -> Preferences -> Folders (scroll all the way down in the preferences) -> Plug-ins
and put the file [right click here and Save as...] into that folder
The plugin can be called via Layer -> Transform -> Add Shake... or by pressing / (in Gimp 2.10) and typing "Shake"
