CL command parser

Parse CL commands and convert them to json.

Example

CLCommand cmd = CLCommand.Create("CALL TEST 'VALUE' INVALID(*YES) DEBUG('NO')");
Console.WriteLine(cmd.ToJson());

The output will look like:
