Setup

Install the dependencies:

bundle install

Before running the app, setup a postgresql database server, version 9.5 or higher with a user candle. Create the database using the resources\db.sql script.

Then, start the server:

bundle exec ruby app.rb

Access the FHIR microservice at http://localhost:4567/fhir

Development and Testing

To execute the test suite:

bundle exec rake test

To run the server in development mode with automatic reloading

rerun bundle exec ruby app.rb

Endpoints

http://localhost:4567/fhir/Observation
