ICPC Show Special Teams
Use it to show what team had possibly participated ICPC regional contest more than twice a year in Asia East Continent
Data source
Usually the data is updated when all regional contests has ended, so don't be suprised when you found there's no data about recent contests.

Usage
# Year means Year-1 to Year, For example, 2018 means 2017-2018
YEAR=2019

This program only uses institution and team name to identify same teams, also the data from ICPC website is messy, so the output of this program is only for entertainment.
