Setup dev environment

Install dependencies:

• docker: sudo pacman -S docker
• libpq: sudo pacman -S postgresql-libs
• diesel: cargo install diesel_cli --no-default-features --features postgres

Create an .env file

echo DATABASE_URL=postgres://username:password@localhost/anthere > .env
