Ste-Mux
Description
Ste-Mux is a SwiftBar plugin to provide a way to quickly create, access, and terminate terminal multiplexer (tmux) sessions. It allows you to interact with ad hoc sessions as well as preconfigured tmux sessions.
In addition to the tmux entries, the plugin allows you to create additional entries for other shell commands. For example, you could trigger predefined SSH sessions, download some data using a curl command, or trigger a pre-existing shell script.

Ste-Mux is Coffeeware (free, but coffee donations appreciated), and license information is available separately. It also and includes a disclaimer relating to the use of the plugin (the usual sort of you are responsible for backing up to avoid data loss, etc.)
