This repo contains the data associated with Oerlemans et al., currently unpublished.

All sequencing data can be found under ENA accession number PRJEB29686.

This repository contains:

• metadata.tsv: A metadata file that details the sample aliases, sample titles, the 16S rRNA gene variable region, the patient condition, the patient number, the technical repeat number and the run number

• V4

  • run_dada2.R: The DADA script used for this study
  • AV_BV_V4.Rmd: The R-Markdown file that details how the analysis was performed
  • AV_BV_V4.html: The HTML file that was created from the R-Markdown file.
