Running at Localhost

Pre-requisites include Git, Python 3.4 or newer with PyTorch

git clone https://swarajpande4/NICE.git

cd NICE/

pip install virtualenv
python -m venv <name of enviornment
source <name of enviornment>/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
