This is a real-time android mobile application, which is mainly useful for the Housing Community. This application acts as communication media between tenant and leasing office. This application is having the following features: With respect to tenant the advantages or features of this mobile application are: 1) Tenant can raise any problems/issues they are facing in the form of tickets. Then it will be notified to the leasing office. 2)Tenant can pay rent by using this mobile app. 3)Tenant can check the availability of facilities and having the option to reserve them. 4)There is a common forum available where tenants from other apartments/flats belongs that leasing office can communicate. With respect to leasing office the advantages or features of this mobile application are: 1) Easily track the issues of various tenants. 2) Sort the issues according to the importance/urgency. 3) Can send notification(private/public) to tenants. 4) Can update information about the housing community and update the information about the availability of flats.
