Biom Table Visualization

This project parses biom.json, a file stored in Biological Observation Matrix 1.0.0 format, and builds a table using React.js and TypeScript. The table displays data for unique bacteria at the strain level, including their taxonomic lineage and other relevant information.

Usage

Once the development server is running, open your web browser and navigate to the specified URL(http://localhost:3000) to view the table visualization.

How to Run the Application

1. Install the necessary dependencies using yarn install. (node version v18.16.0)
2. Start the application using yarn start.
3. Test the application using test:e2e:dev.
