Solution to the assignment for the course PML 'WeightLiftExcersieReport.html' has the details. Points to note: RandomForest was able to accurately predict without much of variance. PCA could have been used to pre-process but not used in the final model yet. Caret package is indeed a useful utility for all prediction tasks!
