Doujinshi Grabber
Doujinshi Grabber is a software that allows you to browse and download Doujinshi.

Features include:
- A nice UI. :)
- Option to download low-quality images for slow connections.
- Browse a list of books by their cover.
- View a book and each of its pages.
- If you want, there is a "SAVE BOOK" button which will save all the pages neatly in a folder under its title to wherever you set on your desktop.
I don't know why you'd want to save it to your computer though
