tranceping.staff gives players the ability to change the server-list-ping messge
/tranceping <message> is used to set the ping message. Note that network name and server name can't be set this wsay.
Example:
/tranceping &61.9 Compatible &7? &2Rev 1
ping:
network: '&fNerdNu'
server: '&4?'
message: Configuration files are hard!
